Processing Time
Every order is freshly made just for you — we don’t pull products from shelves. We begin crafting as soon as your order is placed to ensure the highest quality and freshness.

Orders are shipped the next business day, and you’ll receive tracking as soon as your package is on its way. During high-demand periods, processing times may extend slightly as we maintain our commitment to quality.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Free shipping, always — no minimums, no surprises. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and tracking will be sent once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (after processing)

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your goodies on their way to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Soap-er Cute is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
