We’re just as excited as you are to get your Soap-er Cute!® goodies delivered! Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping process so you know exactly what to expect.
Processing Time
We strive to process and ship orders the same day they’re placed, because we know you can’t wait to feel cute and cared for! While we aim for speed, please allow 2–4 business days for order processing during high-volume periods, like launches or holidays. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (after processing)
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your goodies on their way to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Soap-er Cute is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
