All Sales Are Final
Due to the personal nature of skincare and hygiene products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been opened or used. This is to ensure the safety and integrity of every item we ship.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 📧 support@soapercute.com. Include your order number, a brief description, and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Order Cancellations & Changes
If you need to cancel or update your order, please contact us immediately at support@soapercute.com. We strive for fast shipping, so once an order is processed or shipped, we can no longer make changes.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for resolution. If you're stuck, we're still happy to help — just reach out!
